REGISTRATION

The Moravian Regional Library in Brno (MZK) provides you as readers (data subjects) with the following information according to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679:

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, MZK informs you that according to Article 15 of this Regulation you have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller whether personal data concerning you are or are not processed and, if so, you have the right to access these data. personal data and the following information:

 

processing purposes;

the categories of personal data concerned;

recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or in international organizations;

the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period;

the existence of the right to request from the controller the rectification or erasure of personal data relating to the data subject or to restrict their processing, or to raise objections to such processing;

You have the right to have MZK correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, even by providing an additional statement.

 

It is your right for MZK to delete personal data concerning you without undue delay, and MZK is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is given:

 

 personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

 personal data have been processed illegally;

personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law applicable to the controller;

 You have the right for MZK to restrict processing in any of the following cases:

 

the data subject denies the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to delete the personal data and calls instead for restrictions on their use;

the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but the data subject requires them to determine, enforce or defend legal claims;

the data subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (1) of EU Regulation 2016/679 until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the controller outweigh the legitimate reasons of the data subject.

The controller shall notify the individual recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed of any corrections or deletions of personal data or restrictions on processing carried out in accordance with Article 16, Article 17 (1) and Article 18 of EU Regulation 2016/679, except where as impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. The controller shall inform the data subject of these recipients, if the data subject so requests.

 

The data subject shall have the right to obtain personal data concerning him which he has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transfer such data to another controller without obstructing the controller to whom the personal data have been provided.

 

Pursuant to Article 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data, which are listed as optional in the pre-registration form, for reasons related to your specific situation. MZK uses such data only anonymously and for statistical purposes. Vt you have the option not to fill in this information in the pre-registration form.

 

MZK declares that you are not and will not be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects for it or significantly affects it in a similar way.

 

Pursuant to Article 34 of EU Regulation 2016/679, if a certain breach of personal data security is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms of individuals, MZK will notify you of such breach without undue delay. The MZK has taken appropriate organizational and technical measures to minimize such risk.

 

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

When you come to our website, Google Analytics measurement will start, which will place a cookie on your computer. This cookie contains a timestamp of creation and a randomly generated number, it does not contain any personal data. Google Analytics measurement is set to not process any personal data, the used IP address is anonymized. Processing in this case takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest.

FACEBOOK

Our training websites use remarketing on the social network Facebook - based on the pages you visit, we then show you an advertisement on the social network Facebook for some time. To do this, we use the Facebook Pixel tracking code. For this purpose, this platform uses first and third party cookies, containing pseudo-random numbers or character strings. The platform also stores the IP address, browser type, browser language and date and time of requests. We consider remarketing to be a form of direct marketing, which according to the GDPR is in our legitimate interest. However, if you wish, you can adjust or turn off the display of personalized ads on the ad personalization settings page.

 

You can also adjust your browser settings (storing cookies, “do not track” header) or use browser extensions such as Ghostery.

HOTJAR

We sometimes use the Hotjar service on the website, for a better understanding of our customers - so that we can modify and improve our website according to your needs. In this, Hotjar helps us to find out how customers behave (eg where they click, how they use forms, what they don't like), it gives us feedback.

 

Hotjar uses cookies to collect data on user behavior, it also records the anonymized IP address, screen resolution, device type, browser, country, preferred language of the user.
